The product it self is great, however, the first one i was sent was completely hard and unusable. Amino Z replaced without question which was good but the second one I've been sent was fine at the top but after a weeks use, it has been exposed the layer underneath is also hard. I'm still using it but I have to break it with a knife and it takes forever to dissolve. I won't purchase again as it's extremely frustrating.
