Trish had been exercising passionately for 13 years. She had given birth to two children and dealt with a few medical conditions. I've been exercising since I was 18 years-old and am now 31, I always sought to have slim sides, stomach and thighs, but could never seem to achieve it. Through two childbirths, various unexpected medical conditions or simply feeling less motivated when comparing my results with my expectations my weight invariably would return in the winter months when my motivation was at it’s lowest. My diet decisions were what I had thought were on the most part health conscious choices, with family and friends always commenting on how healthy I ate, but yet could not seem to tone these parts of my body with cardio work and weights at my local gym, it had been very frustrating.

I have been consistently dedicating myself to exercising for the last 2 years and did really well with my arms back and shoulders, but that was about all the improvements I gained. I knew there was something I was missing; I needed a personal trainer to teach me what it was and how to apply it. My partner came across Amino Z and thought it would be good for me, as soon as he showed me the web site I knew I was hooked, I loved the before and after pics, and the encouraging words of motivation the site put forward.

I loved the fact that Jay, my personal trainer from Amino Z, was the first trainer who had phoned me the day after my enquiry email and felt motivated and excited after the detailed discussion we had about my goals, fitness level, health and motivation. Jay’s communication was brilliant!. So I started the program, and within the first couple of weeks I was seeing results. I couldn't believe it.

I was so happy, and Jay was very motivational, through out the whole process. The program was easy to follow, and anything I needed advice on I could get.

I have learnt to listen to my body more, never push through injury pain, and believe in myself.

I think my goals have changed now, I have my slim sides, thighs and toned stomach now, I just want to define my body more, especially my abs, I may even enter into Figure & Physique competitions in the future.

Reading Jay's book exhilarated me, I have inspired many of my friends and family through participating in Amino Z, I feel more confident, happy, motivated, and educated.

I very much enjoyed being a client of Amino Z and will definitely use the service again, I am now looking forward to writing my own programs and putting into place what I have learnt.

Trish is just one of those people that will put their heart and soul into something for a desired outcome. You don't see many people with a body as toned as hers, and that's exactly because not all people are truly passionate about achieving that body. Trish is one passionate person and this is exactly why she achieved this phenomenal transformation.

Initially when I spoke to Trish, she explained that she had been exercising for a very long time at a gym. Though she had seen some improvements, she wasn't quite happy with the progress that she had made. It was as if she had hit a brick wall and found it hard to progress any further. Various medical considerations did not make achieving her goals any easier. In fact, she expressed to me that our personal training services were somewhat of a last resort, as she was considering more extreme and invasive surgical options to obtain the body that she had dreamed of for years. So when I agreed to assist Trish on her journey, I was well aware that this transformation would carry great gravity with her body-image.

Trish really wanted to tone up, lose some weight and build some muscle. Trish expressed to me that she was willing to work hard, follow my instructions and make the necessary modifications to her nutritional intake in order to accomplish these goals. And boy did she live up to her promises!

Trish did make some modifications to her already healthy dietary intake. Whilst there was nothing drastically wrong with what she had been eating, there were some minor tweaks that she put in place in order to enhance the effectiveness of her nutritional programme.

In conjunction with the dietary changes, we introduced a complete overhaul to Trish's training programme. Of course, I had to be aware of a couple of injuries and medical concerns that Trish had present, however we worked around these quite effectively to create a highly effective training programme that would deliver exceptional results. Trish executed these training programmes with passion and consistency, which is exactly why she experienced the transformation that you see above!

Congratulations Trish on a job very well done. With these new training tools at your disposal, you now have the capacity to continue pursuing new and more exciting goals in your life. I am looking forward to our continued training in the future (and also training with your partner too!).
