| Hi Jay, I have been reading all of your posts and hung on to every word. I like a lot of people fell into the excuse making, as to why I couldn't exercise. My main one was...I don't have the time. When I looked over the things that I had to do all day, I had to really admit it was because I was lazy. Sure I had kids to run after, I had housework, had to go out shopping and pay the bills, yadda...yadda...yadda. BUT a few TV programs came into my daily activities as well, I didn't want to miss my favourite programs, which meant that I really didn't have enough time.
People just seem to forget that they have only one body and that needs to last them the rest of their life. |

After deciding to take the 12 week BodyBlitz challenge I sort the face-to-face personal training services of Jay Bonaretti (through Amino Z). It was the best investment I had ever made with regards to my health and fitness.

Hopefully after going through the site and reading up on everything i can make more sense of some of your more in depth articals.
It's hard to believe your articals come from a "20 something" year old guy (it's a compliment by the way). You are such a great writer, you know. Everything is always so clear and concise and easy to read, even right down to your journal entries and forum posts.

My results were very good. I achieved my personal goals.
I’m 15kg lighter, 15.5% body fat, and have increased my muscle weight (not too much, but it’s not my intention to become much bigger.
So I am very happy with the program. I think it’s always better to have a personal trainer with you, but this programme is an excellent option considering the cost.
