Due to the hours I worked and spent traveling every day I was unable to get to a gym. My goals were to lose body fat, tone muscle, improve fitness and strength. I needed a well rounded program with weights, cardio and nutritional advice that I could do from home. I tried to work out an exercise and nutrition program for myself, but the more I read in magazines and on the internet, the more confused I ended up and nothing ever seemed to work. I also wanted a long term solution, something that would help me get fit for life, not just a when I reached a goal weight.
I decided to try an online personal trainer and signed up with Amino Z. Jay tailored a personal training program for me that I could do at home in my own time, with no special equipment. The service was fantastic. Jay answered all my questions in detail, but so it was easy to understand. And to all those women out there that still think they will get big and bulky from lifting weights – it is not going to happen, unless you are eating huge and training to be a weight lifter or body builder. I started the 12 week online personal training program with Amino Z mostly because I already had some exercise equipment at home that I had liked using in previous training attempts at the gym but wasn't exactly sure how to best use the equipment as part of a training routine. All our one-on-one personal training packages provide you with your own "real" and dedicated personal trainer that you interact with on a regular basis. All plans and advice is tailored specifically to your needs by your personal trainer from scratch. We don't believe in giving you a generic plan because you and your goals are going to be completely different to the next person.
We also provide a leading assessment and face-to-face personal training in Sydney which is an ideal compliment to your online personal training program.
Other online personal trainers offer "unlimited" email support - How is Amino Z different?

Whilst "unlimited" email support may sound like you receive more value, the reverse if often true. We do not offer email support, rather, we discuss all matters through a highly structured online program. Do I need to be a member of a gym & use supplements?
