Returns Policy for Damaged/Incorrect Goods

If you have a problem with your order due to an error on our behalf, please contact us immediately and we will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. This would include products damaged in transit (we'll take responsibility for this because you shouldn't have to!) and also incorrect goods received.

We request that you advise us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We may request some further information in order to seek the best possible solution for you.

In the instance of incorrect product(s) being supplied, please do not open them so we can arrange a resolution quickly.

Where necessary, we will be happy to arrange return shipping (if applicable) and the shipment of any replacement goods to you to avoid any further inconvenience.

If you're not happy with the product you've received, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product. We'll request that you return the product(s) to us. Once we've received them, we'll be happy to refund the cost of the product minus the shipping costs we incurred.

Please note that the items will need to be returned to us via post/courier (at your expense) before we can issue you a refund. We will issue you a full refund on the products. We are unable to refund shipping costs. If our shipping costs exceeded that which you were charged, we will deduct our costs from your total refund amount.

Of course, if you request a refund or replacement due to a problem beyond your control (damaged during transit, lost parcel etc.), this would fall under our returns policy for damaged or incorrect goods (above).
