INGREDIENTS

400 g

1.00 teaspoon (2 g)
2 g
1.00 tablespoon (14 g)
1.00 mango (174 g)
2.00 bulbs (11 g)
2.00 tablespoon (4 g)
 

METHOD

1. Toss prawns with salt, cayenne to taste and turmeric in a medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; place the prawn in a single layer and cook until the undersides turn salmon-pink, about 1 minute. Flip them over and cook for 1 minute more.

3. Add mango, shallots and basil. Cook, stirring, until the prawn is just cooked and starts to barely curl, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

4. Transfer in a serving platter.

5. Serve and enjoy.
