An online personal trainer can be a great help to you in directing you toward your health and fitness goals.

As the fitness industry continues to mature, more niche options arise. It’s only really been in the last few years that online personal trainer’s have begun to receive some significant exposure as a viable alternative to a classical face-to-face personal trainer.

So what are the main benefits of hiring an online personal trainer? Let’s discuss some primary benefits:

Higher Level of Support

This is one of the most profound benefits to hiring an online personal trainer. A classical professional would provide you with support during the session. During the remainder of the week, you can be left to your own devices. However an online PT can answer questions whenever you like to keep you on track!

No Appointments

Gone are the days where you have to book in with your professional for a one hour exercise session. Now, you can communicate with your trainer regularly and thus stay motivated and accountable throughout the entire week.

Avoid Embarrassment

Some people get embarrassed training with a trainer in a commercial gym. If you fall into this category, then an online personal trainer may be of greater benefit to you. This way, you can focus on your program rather than feeling self conscious. Your exercise and eating plans will be provided to you along with all the 1on1 support you need.

Exercise at Your Own Pace

If you dislike training with a personal trainer in the flesh and would prefer to train by yourself or with a friend, then an online personal trainer can be a great solution. You are provided with the plans to follow, which you can do so at your own pace.

Exercise Wherever You Like!

Because your own dedicated professional is on the internet, they can reach you no matter where you live! You can live in a regional area, or go on a business trip to the other side of the world and still have that same professional keeping you on track!

Of course, this type of fitness professional is not suited to everyone. Personally, I feel that it is best to proceed with a face-to-face trainer if you are elderly or have serious health concerns. In such circumstances, it may be far safer and beneficial to you to opt for 1 on 1 support.

At Amino Z, we do offer award-winning online personal training solutions to help you to transform yourself in 12 weeks. If you are interested, we invite you to find out more about our online personal training services.

Today we re-released a brand new version of our old “AZ Training”, which was an online fitness program that you could sign up to, select your goals and be presented with a 12 week road map to achieving your goals.

This new online fitness program, which we have entitled “VIP Online Fitness Training Program” (original isn’t it?) is a step up from the previous “AZ Training”, which is why it’s taken so long for us to release!

What I’m most excited about is FINALLY being able to release the numerous instructional video’s that I countless hours recording! I got some decent bloopers too (none of which are going to be publicly available!). One that I remember vividly was where I was demonstrating a standing shoulder press and lost my breath from doing too much weight! I quickly learned that trying to talk and exercise simultaneously is only possible when you actually reduce the weight to a reasonable amount!

In a nutshell, this program not only provides you access to a whole library of exercise video’s and photo’s, but it also contains nutritional, exercise and supplement plans to suit your specific goals.

This online fitness program is our “budget” alternative to our intensive online personal training services. Follow this link to find out more about our new online fitness training program!

Honestly, so much time must be wasted on these websites! I have a few friends who spend hours on them each day…I can’t really see myself doing that. But I guess they are a good means of communication. And they also seem to be a really good method of networking and marketing. Well, at least that’s what many marketing websites have suggested…I’m yet to find out about that one…I guess we’ll see…

3 days prior to Amino Z’s 3 year anniversary, I have decided to publish my own online personal training blog.

Why an “online personal training” blog? Well, considering that I’m including it as part of Amino Z (which is ultimately a personal training company) and it’s online, I figured that it would make sense to call it an Online Personal Training Blog.

This blog will give me an opportunity to voice my personal thoughts and opinions as a separate entity to the Amino Z website.

So anyway, I’m really glad that I finally got this blog up and running!

Today’s news. Today was pretty full-on. Up at 6.30am and got straight into the emails. That took me a while and then straight onto our online clients. I tell you what, Monday’s are full-on! It took me until after 5pm this evening to complete all our online personal training clients. I did have a 1on1 session during the day, but apart from quick meal breaks and some telephone calls, it was just me typing away frantically all day long.

Also managed to get in a solid chest/biceps workout today. First workout back since my week off. Pretty straight forward macrocycle parameters with a 6-8 rep range, 4 day split and 2-3 minute rests. The only exception to “normality” is that I have gone back to eccentric bicep curls on the left side due to some tendonitis induced a while ago. Hasn’t really flared back up at all, but a little discomfort so I figured I would do a little more rehab before it becomes an issue again.

It’s now past 6.30pm and I think I’m going to call it quits for the day. Very productive day today and I’m looking forward to working on several projects tomorrow.
