As you can see, he reduced his waistline significantly - by 13cm in fact! Adrian lost 8.5kg (3.5kg more than his original goal. Further, his posture improved considerably in only 12 weeks; notice the improvement with his neck and shoulders in the two photo's - in the original shot there was a much more prominent forward tilt with his head/neck with slightly more rounded shoulders.
