Neogenix Thermojet is gaining popularity rapidly through word of mouth. This product set out to beat out its competition by providing a more user-friendly fat burner which will suppress appetite and provide the energy requirements to perform tough workouts.

Mixability

No problems mixing, I put mine in a bottle and shake it up pretty well. Even in just 4 oz of water you're good.

Taste

I would consider it a good tasting supplement. Its fairly refreshing, but a little strong for some people. Its fairly concentrated, so you don't have to taste it for long!

Effectiveness

People who are on this really want to burn excess fat off, and it does help to shed pounds. It is really important to continue with a rigorous workout while on this, and to keep up with your resistance training. It does provide energy as a result of the caffeine and glucuronolactone working together. It's not suppose to give you the jitters, because it has lower concentrations of caffiene than other fat burners, but if you're not used to caffeine, this is could still cause unwanted side effects.

Some people experienced feeling a little dazed, or out of it, and others continue to get heart palpations. I did not feel my heart pounding or racing, but I did feel a little strange. Best way to get into it is to ease your body into it with smaller doses the first 2 or 3 days and adding little by little to allow yourself time to adjust to it.

No shame in being cautious!

I took just one serving per day, trying to account for my body size and weight. I am beginning to think this is an important aspect overlooked by a lot of people taking supplements. There is no way a 50kg female with body fat at 19% should be taking the same dose as a 90kg male with 15% body fat. Remember that the dose recommended on this package will reflect some sort of average, and consider this when figuring out your own dose, to get max results and the fewest side-effects.

Nutrition

No true nutritional value in this one because fat burners aren't made to be healthy. There is quite a bit of caffeine, and glucuronolactone is not known to be unsafe or unhealthy. The other major ingredients are in the same boat. Not nutritional, and not unsafe or unhealthy.

Another thing worth mentioning is the large concentration of glucuronolactone has shown in several studies to be not harmful in large doses, and seemingly a positive effect on metabolising glycogen. It is also hepatoprotective, and not harmful on the liver in these doses as well (unlike many many other supplements in high concentrations).

Value for Money

This is a great value, and worth trying out. If you're looking to push through your last few pounds, and want to hit some tough goals, this can definitely help get you there. This simply makes it worth the money. You've got 90 servings, so that's less than 1$ each; not bad at all.

Overall

I would say this is a better fat burner than a lot of others on the market. I appreciate its reduced health risks, and all at a good price. The stuff works!
