Jay's 12 Week Transformation Book Released!
I am really excited to announce the official release of my first book, How to Transform the Average Joe in 12 Weeks, in paperback!
Back in 2005, I won the Australian IronMan BodyBlitz Competition, which is essentially the Australian version of Body-for-LIFE. As a result of this competition, I managed to get on the front of numerous magazine and newspaper publications due to my 12 week transformation. Since then, I have had numerous people ask me exactly what I did and what advice I would have for them in their endeavours to undertake a 12 week transformation themselves. So, apart from setting up Amino Z, I decided to write a book which has subsequently now been published. It actually took me four years to write...so as you can imagine, I am very excited to finally have the final version available.
If you are interested in taking on board the lessons that I learnt from both my personal and professional experiences for your own transformation, then I strongly recommend that you get your hands on this 12 week transformation book (click on the link which will take you to our store)!
It's Warming Up...
As I write this, I'm looking out the window and it's a beautiful day. Spring is definitely upon us and soon it's going to be beach time! So, are you ready for the warmer months?
If you aren't happy with your current body, then now is the best time to get started. Now means now...not next week, or the week after. If you are serious about losing weight, then you have to take a pro-active stance on it. You do need to be realistic in the fact that if you do not make any changes to your lifestyle, nothing is going to change.
Think about it this way. In 12 weeks time, it's going to be the start of Summer. It will be warm and the perfect beach weather. If you haven't yet started moving toward your physique goals, how much better are you going to feel about yourself in 12 weeks time if you begin now? You can have that physique but it is your responsibility alone to make those positive changes in your life.
We have a wealth of resources online to assist you in your body transformation endeavours. I invite you to browse around the web site and educate yourself so you can get on top of your goals once and for all.
