Jay, I gave your website address to a fella from my gym. He'll check it out. Told him: "I am tired of generic programs - 1 size fit all - and I've hired on-line trainer - He's VERY GOOD". Will try to spread the word mate, cause you're doing great job! (Online Coaching)...

What are you doing right now to keep yourself growing physically, mentally or spiritually?  One of my favourite quotes is...

"If your not GREEN and GROWING you are RIPE and ROTTENING!"

It's easy to get caught up in the mundane cycle of life once we leave school and start work, get into relationships or start a family.  In some cases many of us stop taking steps to grow our thinking once we leave school.

The great thing about reading is you can choose to do it at your leisure, whether it's 5-15 minutes every day or a few hours on the weekend.

A great practice is to develop this into a habit, for example you could read a few pages or a chapter every day before work or before you go to sleep.  See if you can look at it as your own Personal Life University, switch off the TV and continue to grow yourself.

The 3 most impactful spiritual growth books I have read in my life are

1. Conversations with God by Neal Donald Walsh.
2. The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield.
3. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

These are the types of books you can read several times throughout your life and you will always receive new insights and meaning depending on where you are in the journey.

Remember to always take everything with a grain of salt.

Read.  Reflect.  And find the message that is there for YOU.  Everyone will get something different from reading the some book, as everyone has different life experience.

Whatever you do, JUST KEEP GROWING!
