Genr8 Vitargo S2 is a Super Soluble form that mixes more easily in water than other starches, and even previous forms of Vitargo. Genr8 Vitargo S2 is unique because it is specially processed to yield a molecular profile that is massively different from the carbs that make up sugars (e.g. glucose, fructose, sucrose) and maltodextrin found in ordinary sport, energy, and recovery drinks.
Vitargo’s larger size minimizes its osmolality, which refers to how much water it draws around it. Vitargo’s low osmolality allows it to move through the stomach over 2X faster than other carbohydrates, which tend to act more like a sponge in the stomach. Spending less time in the stomach allows Vitargo to be delivered to the part of the intestinal tract—the duodenum—where it is rapidly digested and absorbed.

Recommended Directions
Fill a shaker bottle with 10 to 12 ounces of tepid water. Add 2 level scoops of Genr8 Vitargo S2 and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Add an additional 10 to 12 ounces of cold water and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.

Directions
In a shaker bottle: Fill a shaker bottle with 6 ounces (200 milliliters) of room temperature/tepid water. Add 2 level scoops of Vitargo®S2 and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Add an additional 16 to 20 ounces (500-600 milliliters) of cold water and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.
In a blender: Vitargo®S2 can be combined with your favorite post-training blender concoction – protein powder, branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), cinnamon powder, etc. and your favorite liquid. For best results add 2 level scoops to a blender drink while it’s on and blending.
Before, between, or during exercise/competition: Mix 1 or level scoops of Vitargo S2 as described above. Note that Vitargo S2’s unique molecular viscosity makes it thicker than other carbohydrate drinks – experiment and see if you prefer 1 or 2 scoops. Drink to rapid fueling.
Post-training/competition/glycogen loading: Take 2 level scoops as soon as possible after finisihing. For optimal recovery, take another 1-2 scoops 30-90 minutes after your first serving. For maximal glycogen loading, take 3 servings/day.
