Mixability

Dymatize L-glutamine is super easy to mix, leaves no powdery chunks in the drink. Maybe its because the serving is so small, I'm not sure, but its an easy one to bring to the gym and shake up in a bottle for when you need it.

Taste

I think everyone I know pretty much agrees that it is tasteless, so it goes well with any drink, including water.

Nutrition

There is only one ingredient in Dymatize glutamine, and its L-Glutamine. There have been plenty of studies to show that glutamine is an important part of development and recovery, and that it is a naturally produced amino acid. Also, its non-toxic, which means it is safe to take continuously and does not need to be cycled like so many other products.

Effectiveness

Like so many other products, they could be helping but its difficult to tell specifically. Taking glutamine with the other basic natural supplements like creatine and protein means its effects are being mixed in with the effects of the other supplements. The intensity of my workouts also means that I need all the help I can get for my recovery, so I'm glad to get a pure amino acid which is known for aiding in repair.

Value for Money

Each jar gives you 111 servings, which is coverage for well over 3 months, based on each serving being 4.5 grams. On a per-serving basis, the price looks really good, but when I see how little I'm getting in a single serving, I usually end up doubling up on workout days. Even so, this jar has lasted me for a long while, longer than my regular protein does.

Overall

This is a really decent supplement, overall. The only thing I would look for next time to make this a little better would be maybe bigger serving size in terms of the grams of L-glutamine for each serving. This would also make it a little more worth the money.

Other than that, I love that I'm getting exactly what I paid for; L-Glutamine containing just that. Its healthy, rather than harmful, and a naturally occurring amino acid that is going to help me grow bigger, faster and aid in my recovery after each workout. I would probably recommend this to the next guy.
