Recommended Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take one level scoop of Energized Xpand with 16 oz. of water, juice or your favorite beverage 2 times daily. Pre-Workout: Take 1 serving of Energized Xpand 30 minutes before your workout. Post-Workout: Take 1 serving of Energized Xpand 15-45 minutes after your workout. Non-Workout days: Take 1 serving of Energized Xpand. To maximize results, do not eat a meal or drink a protein shake for at least 30 minutes before or after you take Xpand.
