Recommended Directions
Dymatize recommends about 10 ounces of liquid per scoop of powder. The milk proteins will cause Elite XT to mix a little thicker than your normal whey protein. For this reason some users like to use more liquid to think the product out a bit. Since it is a time released protein, Elite XT would be a great protein to take at bedtime.
