These digital body fat calipers are the Roles-Royce of home-use skinfold calipers!
The Amino Z digital body fat calipers offer all the same benefits as our standard body fat callipers, except that they are far more accurate because the internal computer will perform the calculations, rather than you having to read it yourself.
These calipers are accurate to 0.1mm, which is of the same accuracy as professional calipers that cost in excess of AU$600! This also means that they are far more accurate than body fat scales which have an accuracy of approximately a whopping 2% (and that's for the best brand you can buy!).
Using the digital body fat calipers is easy:

Press the ON/OFF button to turn the calipers on

Close the jaws completely and then press the ZERO button. A reading of 0 will appear.

Select the site of which you want to measure your body fat and place the caliper jaws on either side

Close the jaws to the point at which you feel a slight "pinch"

Press the HOLD button and this will display your result
You can press the "mm/in" button to change the units from millimetres to inches. We recommend that you leave the readings on millimeters for accurate input into body fat equations.
