Overview

Based on my research and experience in the fitness industry, most of the general population have one of the following primary goals:

  • Lose excess fat
  • Build muscle
  • Improve health
  • Enhance fitness
  • Tone Up

If you have been failing to achieve your particular goals, this can be extremely discouraging.  Some of the many questions you may want to know is:

  • Where do I start?
  • What do I do?
  • How do I eat?
  • Will all of my efforts pay off?
  • Why aren't I making any progress?
  • Is it all worth it in the end?

And I'm sure that's only the tip of the iceberg!

You know what, I have been down that road (as most of us have).  You ask a question and get an answer.  But then you think of another three questions as a result of single answer.  It seems like a vicious circle.  I'm sure that this can overwhelm you and ultimately discourage you from achieving your ultimate goal.  Don't worry, you're not alone.

To illustrate my point, allow me to provide you with a very common question: "How do I lose some excess weight?".  Sure, there are many answers to this and I am confident that you would be able to provide a few very viable solutions.  Let's consider one answer, "perform some exercise".  But then this opens up a whole new array of questions:

  • What exercise should I perform?
  • How long do I perform it for?
  • How often do I perform this exercise?
  • Should I undertake different forms of exercise?
  • Should I go fast or slow?
  • Can I perform too much exercise?
  • Do I need to change my eating habits?
  • ...and so on

All of a sudden the problem has become extremely complicated.  Your personal trainer (if you have one) will be able to guide you in the right direction, but, it will be of great benefit if you comprehensively understand the rationale behind the answers to these questions.

This is precisely why I have developed this course for you.  I have taken out all the jargon and presented an array of important information that you have to know in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.  By the end of this course, you will be well on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals.

This seven week course will be sent to you via email from me personally.  It will begin with the fundamentals to weight change in order to provide a solid foundation of understanding.  From there, we will delve into more complicated topics.  Some of the many questions that will be comprehensively answered include:

  • How is diet and exercise related?
  • What is a calorie?
  • What are fats, proteins and carbohydrates?
  • Why do diets result in weight loss?
  • How do you read and understand the nutritional panel on foods?
  • What is going to make me gain or lose weight?
  • How do you build or lose muscle?
  • What is the difference between fat and muscle tissue?
  • How do I effectively tone?
  • What is the glyceamic index (GI)?
  • Why do different forms of exercise yield different results?
  • ...and many, many more

Upon completion of this seven week course, my goal is to aid you in fully understanding how different factors affect your physique - and thus allow you to finally have control over your body.
