Brigalow Dextrose Monohydrate 1kg is a natural grain sugar substitute for cane sugar (sucrose) as is ultra fast absorbing. Maltodextrin, the primary ingredient present in this product is a complex carbohydrate, also known as glucose polymers, derived from corn starch. They are not simple sugars and provide a slow release of energy.
When these two carbohydrate sources are combined you have an immediate and sustained release of energy feeding the muscle for several hours. When combined with protein immediately after training this creates the ultimate recovery shake allowing the muscles to absorb the carbohydrates and replenish glycogen levels, which then allows the proteins and amino acids to start the recovery process.
Brigalow Dextrose Monohydrate is a supplementary source of energy recommended for all conditions where an additional source of carbohydrate is necessary.
