Save Time & Hassle - Rather than having to go into our store and place an order every time you need a top-up of the same supplements, you can set your order and forget about it. You'll receive all the usual order updates and if there's ever any problem, we will contact you.

Pay Weekly - If you place a relatively large order, this can affect your cashflow. By using our autoship service, you can pay a small weekly sum and integrate your supplement costs into your weekly budget.

Ensure Your Supplements Are Available - It can be frustrating if you go to place your order and your stock is not available. By having an automatic order, we will set your stock aside as you pay it off each week. If there are any problems, we can contact you and quickly find a solution!

 

How does Autoship work?

When you go through checkout, you can select to have your next order set to Autoship. While this will not affect your current order, we will create a second order for you, to be paid off weekly. This second order will be sent at a later date (you can choose when you want it to be sent).

Our system then calculates how much this order is going to cost in total, and divides that cost up into it's weekly cost. For example, if you have placed a $100 order and want it shipped in 10 weeks time, you will be charged $10 per week. This can help you budget for your supplements and avoid a lump-sum payment.

Once all your payments have been automatically paid (via your registered credit or debit card), we will send your order and you will receive the tracking number as per usual.

If your order is set to renewable, a new autoship order will automatically be created with the previous preferences. This will continue until you decide to cancel your autoship order.

Common Questions

Do I still get rewards points for autoship orders?

Yes! We will automatically credit rewards points to all autoship orders.

What if I don't want my autoship order to be automatically renewed?

For your convenience, we set all autoship orders to automatically renew so you don't have to worry about re-ordering later orders. However you can log into your account, select the order and set the order to "Non-renewable". Alternatively we can do this if you contact us via phone, chat, email or in-store.

What if my delivery details change?

Please just contact us and we will update the order details for you.
