Jay's Latest Article to be Published in IronMan

The latest issue of Australian IronMan has been released!  My article, "The Art of Adaptation" has been featured both on the cover and on pages 142-145.  This article considers the importance of forcing your body to change - in the way that YOU want it to.  Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, increase your fitness, or whatever, the fundamental principles laid out in this article reign true.  I highly recommend you have a read of it by clicking here.

POLL - Only 8% of people prefer CARDIO!

That's right folks.  The results of our latest survey on Amino Z show that only 8% of people prefer cardiovascular training!  The clear winner was resistance training and coming a close second was a mixed program consisting of both weights and cardio.  This came as a big shock to me - whilst I was betting that weights would win...never in my wildest dreams did I expect it to win by such a large percentage.
