- There are many recommendations to avoid and limit refined sugars. But what about fruits, vegetables and dairy? All these food groups do contain sugar, but there are commonly no recommendations to avoid these food groups.
- I drink 6 to 7 L a day of water and still feel dehydrated. I don't exercise much. Is this safe?
