Whilst Amino Z is geared heavily toward bodybuilding and fitness for the less experienced trainer, it dawned upon me that we don't actually have an introductory article to bodybuilding.  As a result, a couple of weeks ago I made the decision to begin writing an article which dealt with the fundamentals of bodybuilding.  We are not talking training programs, supplements and special diets - we are talking about the absolute core reasons behind someone aspiring to bulk up.

In writing this article, I felt it imperative to begin by dispelling the common myths that are floating around the industry.  We then discuss the reason why you want to begin bodybuilding.  From there we discuss your goals and how to head toward these goals based on a structured plan.

A lot of this article was written based on personal experience with myself, friends, clients and family.  Even before picking up your first weight, I do feel that it would be extremely beneficial for you to have a read of this article in order to establish a solid foundation for your bodybuilding endeavors - whether that means to bulk up a little or to eventually get up on stage.
